Acceptable Use Policy

This policy applies to everything broadcast, uploaded or published through Xanawave.

Not allowed

• Content you do not hold the rights to broadcast, including unlicensed music.
• Retransmitting another station's stream without written permission.
• Hate speech, harassment, incitement to violence, or content that is illegal where you or your listeners are.
• Sexual content involving minors, or any material that exploits children — reported to authorities without notice.
• Malware, phishing, spam, or attempts to break into our systems or other accounts.
• Using the platform mainly as file storage or as a general media CDN.

Copyright complaints

If you believe content on Xanawave infringes your rights, write to info@xanawave.com with the stream or page address, a description of the work, and your contact details. We review complaints promptly and may remove content or suspend a station while we investigate.

Enforcement

Breaches may lead to content removal, station suspension or account closure, depending on severity. Serious or repeated breaches end the account without refund.
